Chad Thomason is an industrial specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Philadelphia office, where he exclusively represents both buyers and sellers of investment properties throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region. Chad advises and assists investors in all aspects of industrial transactions across the region.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap in 2018, Chad had an accomplished industrial management career with over 10 years of progressive operations management experience at a Fortune 100 company.

Chad holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Business Management from The University of Alabama.
